Minerva Resolutions LLP (Minerva) is an Insolvency Professional Entity recognized by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
Our team includes a veteran banker who superannuated as part of top management of India’s largest public sector bank, an experienced Chartered Accountant with industry expertise and multi functional exposure and an Infrastructure focused company secretary who has senior level experience in running operations for over 20 years.​
Three IPs with high standards of work ethics and integrity have come together to pool in over 100 years of collective experience and leverage their buyer network to provide ‘custom made’ resolutions for stressed companies.
